Awesome cheap fishing combo that will reel in just about anything in the lake. I keep 20 of them at my lake camp. Some still new and some several seasons old. What's really great is when they break you're only out a few bucks. Throw it away and rig up a new one. By the way, they come loaded with perfectly okay 10lb mono. I buy them four at a time, two to three times a year. All the fish in the pictures were caught by my wife and daughters using the combos you can see in the pictures. The drags on the reels actually work!

Bought these for my daughter(9) and granddaughter(3). The kid's love the purple color and ease of use. They are the perfect size and easy to cast. We used them for the first time today for Mother’s Day. They are perfect for kids. My 9 year old got the hang of it real quick. My granddaughter loves the pole but needs a bit more help casting. My first fishing pole was a Zebco and I still have it. That was 55 years ago.

These rods are good for beginners, but not was disappointed with how fast they rusted and were unusable because the line kept breaking or getting tangled.

This is a great little rod and reel combo for the money. Purchased for my 4 year old when his skills and excitement for fishing outgrew his little Zebco Splash combo. Classic Zebco budget combo that is affordable for anyone starting out regardless of age. Casts small jigs well, super easy to use and comes ready to go, just tie on your hook. He has caught tons of perch, walleye, and pike on this and the rod has held up perfectly fine to typical 4 year old abuse. Highly recommend for anyone starting out or new to fishing. It’s light, reasonably durable, affordable, compact, and easy to use. Excellent value.
